Purple Heart brings intensely purple, fleshy foliage to a bed, container, or basket, with small pink flowers along the way. Full sun for the best purple color. Root hardy in a mild Oklahoma winter, but often treated as an annual since a hard freeze can kill it back completely; very drought tolerant once established. Grown in-house in our greenhouse.
